Ingredients:
- 100 g cooked spelt.
- 1 ripe avocado, diced.
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped.
- Fresh basil leaves.
- Juice of half a lemon.
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
