.These General Conditions of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy, regulate the use of the website, "www.PlanetaHuerto.es", of which PLANETA HUERTO S.L.U. is the owner.
PLANETA HUERTO S.L., (hereinafter PLANETA HUERTO) is a Spanish limited liability company with registered office at Av. de la Industria 21-23 (Pol. Canastell), 03690 San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante), Spain, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, in Volume 2085, Book 0, Folio 21, Section 8, Sheet 21, with Entry 1 dated 20/01/1998, with CIF number B53241998.

1. Obligations of the User.

2.3 This merchant agrees not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or is deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage the goodwill of, or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the programs of the card brands: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. PLANETA HUERTO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a User-Customer with whom it has a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
In addition, the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is also explicitly prohibited.
2.4 Orders placed on the Internet through www.planetahuerto.es involve contractual data between the User-Customer and the store that will be confirmed and collected by both parties prior to shipment.
2.5 PLANETA HUERTO undertakes to accept orders in accordance with the terms of the general conditions of sale set forth herein. The User-Customer declares to know and accept these general conditions of sale before confirming their orders. Confirmation of an order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the store constitute proof of all transactions made between PLANETA HUERTO and its customers.
3. Procedure and Method of Payment of the Products.
4.3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, PLANETA HUERTO will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. All products purchased on "www.PlanetaHuerto.es" can be returned and refunded through your account, by clicking on "Return", within the first 15 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the product/s purchased and the rest of the conditions set out in this section are met. Planeta Huerto will arrange a pick-up with the transport company for the products you wish to return.

In the event that the return or exchange is unrelated to a defect or error in the product, we accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

* There are occasions in which the cost of the return varies for reasons of weight and/or volume of the product. You will be informed during the return process.
We will process the collection of the items (the transport company will come to pick it up) and, once here, and we check that everything is correct, we will make the payment of the amount minus the return costs, in the same payment method used to make the purchase.

The reimbursement of the amount will be made in the same card or PayPal account in which the order was paid. 6. Home Delivery Service.
6.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the areas indicated on the page, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, the maximum delivery time being thirty (30) days established by default in the Law unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
