How do I set up my Urban Garden?

The substrate

For tabletop cultivation, you can opt for universal quality substrates, although the most sustainable option is to make your own mix of worm castings, coconut fibre and perlite.

What to plant?

Here is an example of what you could plant on the Planeta Huerto growing table depending on the time of year.

Autumn - winter: combination of lettuce, chard, spinach and cabbage (larger), with carrots and onion.

Spring - summer: tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuces (larger size) with radishes, beetroot and onions.
