• Crunchy pistachio cream with white chocolate, handcrafted with smooth ground pistachios, premium white chocolate and golden toasted Turkish kadayif.
• Made with locally sourced roasted pistachios.

Ingredients:

• Pistachios (36%), Kadaif (20%) (wheat flour, water, salt), Icing sugar, Sunflower oil, Milk powder, White chocolate (4.8%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Soya lecithin and Salt.

How to use

Recipes

Croissants filled with pistachio cream:

• Cut a butter croissant in half.
• Fill with Dubai-style pistachio cream.
• Decorate with chopped pistachios and a little icing sugar.

Express yoghurt and pistachio ice cream:

• Mix 2 tablespoons of cream with natural Greek yoghurt.
• Add honey or crushed dates if you want it sweeter.
• Freeze for 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes (or use an ice cream maker).
• Serve with granola or pieces of toasted kadaif on top.
