This perennial plant, which grows in light, sandy soils in western Europe, has feathery leaves, composite flower heads with rare white, tubular flowers that are yellow at the centre, set within a conical receptacle, and yellowish, striated achenes. Tips & tricks In cases of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil on the solar plexus will calm nervousness,or alternatively, in aromatherapy:Apply 2 drops of AEQT Roman Chamomile to the inside of the wrists, cup your hands and inhale deeply and slowly; this can be repeated 2 or 3 times. Precautions Keep out of reach of young children. It is advisable to follow a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
