Directions for use

  • They can be eaten raw mixed with juices, vegetable drinks, milk or yoghurt. They are easier to digest if soaked beforehand. They can also be lightly toasted in a frying pan.
  • Cooking: boil for 4 minutes. 3-4 tablespoons per person to make porridge, to which you can add pieces of fruit, nuts, seeds or honey. Ideal for adding to broth or cream of vegetable soup. They have other uses in cooking, for example, for making bread, biscuits, meatballs and croquettes.

Recipes

Oatmeal porridge with fruit

  • 40 g fine oat flakes
  • 200 ml plant-based milk (soya, oat, almond)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, banana, apple)

Preparation: Heat the milk and add the oat flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with fruit and a touch of honey or syrup.
